Halloween Fest '08 set for Oct. 25

Ghosts, ghoulies and things that go bump in the night. These are some of the things that await you at the South Gate Halloween Fest — and that’s just the kids we’re talking about.

On October 25 from 5 to 9 p.m., the Community House will be transformed into a Halloween Fun place with activities and treats for kids of all ages. There will be a costume competition, games and prizes, and pizza for everybody.

For the older kids there will be surprises and activities just scary enough, but not too scary. Tell your neighbors and mark your calendar for a fun time! Whether as a safe alternative to Trick-or-Treating, or as an additional activity, we hope to see you there in costume and with a treat bag.

The party is free to members, $5 a head for non-members. In order to have enough pizza, we ask that you RSVP to the Community Center office by Oct. 22. Questions? E-mail Social Chair Todd Goodman at todd.goodman@jostens.com.
